Are you planning to pursue an international professional development opportunity? Applications are now open for The Ian Potter Cultural Trust emerging artist grants. Grants of up to $15,000 will support emerging artists of all art forms to undertake travel and develop their practice.

Who we support: Individual emerging and early-career artists. The Cultural Trust funds nationally and across the spectrum of the arts: from visual arts to community radio and design to literature, spanning traditional art forms through to experimental mediums.

What we support: International professional development opportunities to gain experience, develop networks and learn skills from the world's best. These experiences are invaluable for individual artists and the sector's ongoing development. Find out more about applying for a grant or about the experiences of Cultural Trust grantees.

Applications open: Monday 17 October 2022

Applications close: Tuesday 17 January 2023, 5 pm AEDT

Grants announced: mid-April 2023

For travel/projects after Friday, 28 April 2023.
