The Ian Potter Cultural Trust is committed to encouraging excellence and supporting a vibrant, world-class arts scene in Australia.
The Cultural Trust offers grants of up to $10,000 to assist talented emerging and early career artists, nationally and across art forms, to undertake international professional development opportunities.
COVID-19 Considerations
We are still open for grant applications for international development opportunities that meet our funding guidelines. However, we understand that due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the consequent travel ban applicants may have to submit grant applications with flexible timeframes. We will be working through these issues with successful grantees.
Due to the uncertainty around when the travel ban will be lifted, we strongly encourage applicants to visit the Smarttraveller website for the latest information and advice on international travel restrictions and how to stay safe when overseas.
Above all, we aim to continue to support emerging artists in gaining international experience, networks and skills from leaders in their field. Please contact our office with any questions regarding your grant application. Cultural Trust funding round information is set out on the Funding Rounds page.
Please note: You must submit your online application before 5 pm AEST on the closing date as the online application form will not be available after this time.
Start your application, find out more about applying for a grant or about the experiences of Cultural Trust grantees by reading our case studies and grantee stories.
