Grant Reporting

As a grantee of The Ian Potter Cultural Trust, you must fulfil several obligations and requirements.

Acquitting your grant

In accordance with the Standard Grant Conditions, when your project ends you must acquit your grant by completing a financial acquittal and grant report.

Grant reporting information is used to:

  • Ensure financial accountability of both the Trust and the grantee.
  • Enable a review of each project funded by the Trust to be undertaken.
  • Provide feedback on the outcomes of an individual’s project to the Trustees and staff of the Trust.
  • The material may also be used in case studies for our website or annual grants report.

The due date of your report will be set 6 weeks after your project end date. We will prompt you by email to complete and submit the report approximately one month prior to this date.

How to submit

Grant reports must be submitted online via your Grantee Portal in GivingData, our grant management system. Access your account using your individual log-in used in your original application.

If you have any questions about your reporting commitments or navigating the Grantee Portal, please contact us.
