Congratulations on your grant! 

To accept your grant and receive payment, you must first activate your account in GivingData.

This week, you will receive an Activate Your Account email from GivingData. Upon receiving it, please follow the instructions below:

1. Activate your account

After receiving an Activate Your Account email (Image 1):

  • Click the Activate Your Account button to set up your credentials.
  • You must use the username (email address) in the email invite, as this is already connected to your grant record within GivingData.
  • Set a secure password.
  • Make sure you record your password for future reference.

2. Accept your grant

Once your account is activated, you will have access to your Grantee Portal (image 2). Within your Grantee Portal, you must submit your bank account details in the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Form to accept your grant and receive payment.

To navigate to the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Form (Image 3):

  • Select the Active Grants section.
  • Select View Grant Details.
  • Select the Submission tab.
  • Under Submissions, you will see the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Form (Image 3).
  • Select Open Submission to begin completing the form. The EFT Form contains detailed instructions for submitting your bank account details.
