In our most recent round of Emerging Artist Grants, 29 early-career artists were awarded $302,022 in grants.
Mixed media and augmented reality artist Anna Madeleine undertook a series of development opportunities, namely a residency at the Cité internationale des arts in Paris, France.
Dance makers, performers and educators Maddy and Frankie have been working together since 2006, when they met while studying at the Victorian College of the Arts. They each received a Cultural Trust grant in 2013 and 2015 respectively, and are now both based in Mparntwe/Alice Springs.
Audio describer and director of Description Victoria, Will McRostie, was supported by a Cultural Trust grant to undertake a comprehensive professional development tour, meeting with organisations and practitioners at the forefront of audio description, inclusive and accessible European arts practices.
